What are your opening hours?

Mount Archer Medical Centre is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Do you provide an emergency after-hours service?

Yes, we do! If you need emergency after-hours medical services, please call us on 13 55 66 (House Call Doctor). Please call 000 instead if you or someone else is in a life-threatening medical emergency.

Do we need a referral to visit a doctor?

No, you don’t need a referral. We welcome anyone to Mt Archer Medical Centre in Berserker. Appointments are essential as we do not accept walk-ins. Book and appointment by contacting our friendly reception staff.

Do you provide home visits?

Doctors at Mount Archer Medical Centre make home visits in special circumstances such as palliative care. Each circumstance is at the discretion of each doctor and his or her availability. Please talk to your doctor for more information.

What if I have an emergency medical issue?

Call 000 if you have an emergency medical issue. We don’t advise calling our office or afterhours service in emergency situations.

Yes, we have S&N pathology right on site for your convenience.

Is there easily accessible parking?

There is plenty of parking available either onsite at 84 High Street or at 92 High Street two doors down (up-to 50 cars).

How do I find out any test results?

If your doctor has ordered a test, a follow-up appointment will be arranged when the results are available to Mount Archer Medical Centre so appropriate medical plans, if necessary, can be discussed.
